- 6-week session (2/week)
- For moms who have completed minimum 1 session of Barbells and Babies
- Continue to build awareness and strength of the pelvic floor and core system
- Develop overall strength and endurance through functional fitness
- Meet other moms, socialize, laugh, sweat and get stronger together
- And of course, babies under 18 months welcome!
