6 week session – 1/week
- For moms who are 6 weeks-12 months postpartum
- Learn how to rehab and strengthen the pelvic floor and core system after pregnancy
- Build a strong foundation for health and fitness goals
- Meet other moms, socialize, laugh, sweat and get stronger together
- And of course, babies under 12 months welcome!
Barbells & Bumps:- For pregnant mammas to be!
- Suitable for any stage of pregnancy
- Maintain integrity of your core and pelvic floor through strength training and functional movements
- Breathwork and mobility exercises to prepare the pelvic floor for pregnancy AND labour
- Meet other moms to be, socialize, laugh, sweat and move intentionally together!
Strength & Conditioning:- For women looking to increase their overall fitness level
- Small class sizes to ensure proper form
- Classes include both a strength component and a daily workout
- Workouts designed to be adaptable to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey
- Classes purchased on a 10-pack basis

- To build strength, challenge ourselves and gain confidence in our bodies through movement
- To learn, practice and improve foundational movement patterns in a fun and inclusive space
- To work alongside each other to see one another as peers as opposed to competition
