  • Suitable for any stage of pregnancy
  • Maintain the integrity of your core and pelvic floor through strength training and functional movements
  • Breathwork and mobility exercises to prepare the pelvic floor for pregnancy AND labour
  • Meet other moms-to-be, socialize, laugh, sweat and move intentionally together!
